The onboarding fee covers your account setup, initial file review, onboarding processing, credit analysis, preparation of your customized strategy and the first round of letters that are sent on the customers behalf.

Yes. Active 3-bureau credit monitoring is required to begin services and must remain active throughout the process so we can properly review and monitor your credit file.

Credit monitoring access allows Credit2Keys to review your full report details, identify reporting inaccuracies, and track updates throughout the process.

Depending on the circumstances, items such as collections, repossessions, late payments, inquiries, charge-offs, foreclosures, bankruptcies, evictions, and other negative reporting may be challenged. Please keep in my mind that any items being challenged must be done legally.

No ethical credit repair company can legally guarantee specific results. However, Credit2Keys works aggressively to challenge inaccurate, unverifiable, outdated, and questionable reporting.

Yes. Clients may contact Credit2Keys by email, text or direct messaging within their personalized portal with any questions regarding their services. Non-Clients inquiring about services and/or products may utilize email and/or text messaging.

Absolutely. Credit2Keys was built from real-life experience — not just training courses or theory. Our founder personally repaired her own credit in 2017 after experiencing firsthand how stressful and overwhelming the process could be.
